Return's Terms and Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in original condition; not used, washed or laundered, all original labels must be attached to the item, the original packaging is sent back with the goods. All our Items are custom made to order. Refund would be eligible only if item is damaged or faulty. Please choose wisely when placing an order.

• The 30 days time will commence the day that the customer takes delivery of the product.
• Delivery charges will not be refunded.
• Please note that if items from an order are returned in accordance with our returns policy and have been purchased via AfterPay, there will be a 6% processing fee deducted from the total refund amount.
