Shipping Policy

DELIVERY

All of our products are made to order.
Please allow 7-10 days for production. Once your order is ready your package will handed over to the courier, and we will provide you with a tracking number as soon as it becomes available.

Please contact us within 24 hours after placing order for any changes to your order. Once order processed for production we can’t make any changes to your order.

Our Shipping delivery time Australia wide varies between 10-15 days

Please note that delivery times may be delayed by 3-5 days during the Christmas holiday season due to high order volumes, staff availability during holidays, and potential delays from courier companies. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Zirconic orders are shipped via multiple delivery partners to provide fast and cheap shipping rates. Please refer to the courier website provided for delivery times.
