DELIVERY
We aim to pick and pack all orders and dispatch them from our warehouse within 3-7 days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow an extra few days for us to process your order during peak periods such as Christmas, Sale events and holiday periods.
All our products are custom made to order please allow 3-7 days processing time once product ready our team inspect it properly as we don’t compromise on quality and hand it to courier and provide you with tracking number once available.
Our Shipping delivery time Australia wide varies between 7-10 days
Newzealand : 7-12 days
Zirconic orders are shipped via multiple delivery partners to provide fast and cheap shipping rates. Please refer to the courier website provided for delivery times.
Our couriers offer a door-to-door service, so please ensure someone is available at your nominated delivery address that will sign for your items and receive the delivery.
Couriers will not leave parcels unattended. If you cannot be available to accept your delivery, you may contact Zirconic or the courier directly to provide them with an Authority To Leave the goods unattended.
This however, will void your warranty and neither Zirconic nor our courier can be held liable for any loss, theft or damage to your item. Shipping includes full insurance for products that are lost or damaged.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and instructions for how to track your order.
